Not legal advice. These terms are a practical beta agreement in plain language. Replace or extend with counsel-approved terms before commercial launch if needed.
By playing Aetherbound you agree to these terms. If you disagree, don’t use the game.
The game is in beta. It may change, break, or lose data. Saves can be wiped by updates, bugs, or your browser. We try not to be careless, but you play at your own risk.
Optional sign-in (e.g. Google) is subject to the provider’s terms. You are responsible for your account security.
Optional public handles (for example on the verified leaderboard) must not impersonate others, violate law, or harass; we may refuse or remove offensive or misleading names per the Privacy Policy.
The game, name, UI, and original code belong to the project. Third-party assets (for example Kenney art credited in-game) remain under their respective licenses.
The game is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost saves, lost time, or indirect damages.
See the Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
We may update these terms. Continued play after changes means you accept the updated terms.
